Our website is available for placing orders 24/7. Our office hours are typically 9:00am – 5:00pm should you need to call or email one of our lovely team members.

If you email us outside these hours we will be back in touch the next working day.

All payments are handled through Paypal. You can make payment via debit and credit cards with the exception of American Express. We will review the ways we accept payment and add extra payment methods where appropriate.

We are committed to offering the best quality products for the best price. If you find one of our products  with an authorised retailer at a lower price please send the URL of their website to info@party101uk.com and our team will make an offer with a new price.

Please note:

      • The other retailer must be authorised and must be online.
      • This excludes any item found on auction websites such as Amazon or Ebay.
      • The product found must be brand new and not previously owned.
      • The product must not be part of a sale or offer with the other retailer.
      • Other reasonable factors not mentioned may be considered, but ultimately we will do our best to always offer a better price.

We work as quick as possible to get your order out to you and is passed straight to the warehouse team to collect. Therefore, you cannot make amendments to the order once placed. We can however offer a refund if the item is returned to us in its unopened packaging within the timescales set in our terms and conditions.

Currently all our balloons are supplied uninflated, but you can order one of our helium canisters with your order.

We are reviewing this regularly and will be looking to provide ready inflated foil balloons soon. Watch this space.
